JOLIN WU

A graduate of the Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design and study at Royal College of Art in London, Jolin Wu studied fashion design womenwear as well as artistic creation. Since the establishment of her own brand in 2008, she has produced works that carry a sense of both rebellion and elegance, full of an artistic feeling rarely seen in fashion circles. Following a childlike and romantic design concept with hand-sewn details comparable to bespoke clothing, as well as conveying a cinematic-like poetic interpretation, her unique aesthetic approach is like a breath of fresh air in the industry.
Coming from a fine arts background, Jolin Wu creates designs of limitless imagination. Each design is a work of art in itself. Jolin possesses the ability to freely use all kinds of materials, integrating the elegant brushstrokes and lines of her design blueprints into her clothing. Her work is full of feeling and vitality---sometimes it is quietly contemplative, other times passionate and vociferous.
